β Tell us about yourself
I am a 50-year-old Welshman living in England for the last 30 years. My greatest achievement is being a Dad to 2 boys and 3 girls aged 17 to 27.
At heart, I am an engineer. I love playing with the latest technology and am a real Apple fan. I have a Software Degree and a Diploma in Marketing and have spent my career working in International Business Development. I have built 4 companies over the years in Embedded Software, Apps, Virtual Reality, and my current company that I started 10 years ago doing Automotive Business Development in Europe and the US.
I am a real data nerd who loves to manipulate spreadsheets and do experiments on Linkedin. I absolutely love to travel and have been to Australia twice. When I retire, I would love to take a Camper across the US.
In my spare time, I can be found on the golf course watching a James Bond Movie or Monty Python…..is this a 5-minute argument or did you book the full half hour ?! I love to BBQ and will BBQ all year round in all weather, including Christmas Day in the UK in the rain or snow !
β What is an interesting fact about yourself?
I lost 32 kg (5 stone) by going low carb. Another interesting fact – the Silence of the Lambs Actor, Anthony Hopkins, is an ex-school boy for my school in Wales.
